Habit An attractive groundcover with small, fringed, coin shaped leaves that form little rosettes. Is quite hardy and will spread easily to form a mat.
Height Will only grow up to 5cm in height.
Colour Foliage is a distinct burgundy red (almost purple). Colour intensifies during the cooler months.
Flowers Clusters of pink, star shaped flowers.
Aspect Happy in either a full sun or part shade position.
Uses A wonderful burgundy mat for the garden. Perfect for rockeries. Can be used in potted garden arrangements for colour contrast and for its ability to trail down the edge of the pot. Great for Fairy gardens and miniature gardens.
