Habit A short, cylindrical cactus with spines. White wool can be seen on the top.
Height Can grow up to 30cm tall.
Colour Green in colour with white to yellow spines.
Flowers Hot pink flowers that form a ring or halo around the head of the cactus. Flowers from spring through to autumn.
Aspect Happy in either a full sun or part shade position. Is tolerant to frosts.
Ouch Factor High - Spines are needle like and quite sharp. Handle with caution.
